The Task Force was chaired by then Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin and former Senator Dick Wilkerson. Members of the team included representatives from the judiciary, corrections organizations and the Governor’s Commission on the Status of Women.

The report was authored by Dr. Susan Sharpe from the University of Oklahoma. This publication contains demographic data and other baseline information about mothers who are incarcerated and their children.
