The Oklahoma SIS Blue Ribbon Commission came together to finalize the strategies Oklahoma leaders must implement to lower the incarceration rate of women in our state.
These strategies were adopted as a plan of action by summit attendees on April 30, 2010.
Yearly status reports will be issued to monitor the progress of state leaders in implementing the plan.
